DR. KEITH S. HILLIARD, O.D., F.A.A.O.

Dr. Hilliard enjoys his local roots growing up in Indiana County and graduating from IUP with a degree in Biology/ minor in Chemistry.  In 1998, he graduated from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry with a Doctor of Optometry degree.  Dr. Hilliard completed his training with honors at Philadelphia’s Eye Institute, JFK Memorial hospital and the VA Medical Center of Manchester, New Hampshire.  In 2006, Dr. Hilliard also completed his fellowship within the esteemed American Academy of Optometry (less than 10% of practicing Optometrists obtain fellowship status within the Academy). 

Dr. Hilliard is a member of the American Academy of Optometry, the American Optometric Society, the Pennsylvania Optometric Society and the Southwest Optometric society.  He is also a member of the Ocular Surface Disease Society and the Ocular Nutrition Society.

Besides being in private practice, Dr. Hilliard is also on clinical staff at TLC Laser Eye Centers in Pittsburgh, PA.  He has held this position since 2000 and also served on their clinical advisory committee.  Dr. Hilliard is also the attending Optometrist for Indian Haven, Beacon Ridge and St. Andrews Nursing facilities.

Dr. Hilliard is very active in his community and belongs to numerous community organizations and has held board positions.  He also coaches Indiana Pee wee football, little league baseball, and thoroughly enjoys skiing, mountain biking, kayaking and is a competitive Triathlete.
